Comfort Advisor Trainee

Residential HVAC Sales Consultant — Warm Leads Provided | $100K–$120K+ Year One

Stop chasing your own leads. Start closing the ones we hand you.

If you're a closer who's tired of prospecting for scraps, this is your next move. We hand you pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments with homeowners who already want HVAC solutions — your job is simple: show up, build trust, and close. No cold calling. No door-knocking. No begging for referrals.

Top performers on our team are clearing six figures in year one. There is no cap on commission — the better you sell, the more you make, full stop.

What's in it for you:

• Leads provided, period. Our marketing and sales development team fills your calendar with qualified, in-home consultations. You focus on selling, not sourcing.

• Uncapped commission. Base salary plus commission that scales with your performance — no ceiling, no games.

• Paid Training. 4 week paid hands-on training where you shadow top-producing Comfort Advisors, learn the product, and start writing your own deals quickly.

• Real benefits. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and PTO — because we want you building a career, not just a paycheck.

• Tools to win. Company phone, company car, gas card, presentation materials, and pricing support so you walk into every appointment ready to close.

• A culture built for sellers. Supportive team, real mentorship, and a clear path to advancement for people who perform.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Running in-home consultations with homeowners who requested a visit — assessing needs, recommending the right system, and presenting solutions with confidence.
• Building accurate, competitive quotes on the spot and closing the deal.
• Following up to keep customers happy, protect your referrals, and keep your pipeline healthy.
• Sharpening your craft through ongoing training on product, pricing, and sales technique.

Who we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience — consultative sales background is a big plus.
• A competitive, money-motivated mindset. You want to be paid for performance, not tenure.
• Sharp communication skills — you can make technical information simple and compelling.
• Coachable and driven. You take feedback, apply it, and get better fast.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments (that's when homeowners are home).
• A valid driver's license in your state.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to travel to and move safely through customers’ homes, including walking, standing for extended periods, and navigating stairs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and access equipment areas as needed to assess HVAC needs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable working in and around residential spaces with varying temperatures and conditions.

No cold calls. No income ceiling. Just qualified leads waiting to close. Apply now.
