This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor de Martech Pré-Vendas based in Brazil.
This is a senior consulting role focused on leading complex Martech and digital transformation proposals from initial qualification through final delivery.
You will own strategic proposals and Big Deals, bringing together multidisciplinary expertise across Growth, CRM, Data, Technology, Design, Salesforce, and Creative.
The role combines commercial acumen, strategic storytelling, and cross-functional orchestration in a collaborative environment.
You will work directly with client decision-makers, translating diverse technical inputs into cohesive and compelling solutions.
Rather than being the technical expert in every discipline, you will coordinate specialists and ensure the right expertise is engaged at the right time.
The position also offers an opportunity to generate operational insights and improve how complex opportunities are scoped and delivered.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, complexity, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Accountabilities:
- Lead complex proposals and Big Deals end-to-end, coordinating contributions from Growth, CRM, Data, Technology, Design, Salesforce, and Creative according to each opportunity.
- Orchestrate technical specialists and, for larger opportunities, senior subject-matter experts, ensuring the right expertise is involved at the right stage without taking on every technical responsibility personally.
- Support the commercial qualification of opportunities before and throughout the proposal process.
- Manage a workload of approximately four projects per month while balancing proposal depth, quality, and team capacity.
- Establish a clear strategic narrative that connects multidisciplinary inputs into a cohesive, commercially compelling proposal.
- Generate operational learnings that improve future proposal planning, including insights into actual effort and resource requirements for Big Deals.
Requirements:
- Senior consulting profile with proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary proposals.
- Background in one or more core disciplines such as Growth, CRM, Data, Technology, Design, or Customer Experience, with sufficient understanding of adjacent disciplines to effectively coordinate specialists.
- Strong synthesis and strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to transform multiple technical inputs into a clear and compelling commercial proposition.
- Strong commercial and consultative communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with client decision-makers.
- Ability to coordinate and influence multidisciplinary teams without formal authority, taking ownership of the proposal while allowing specialists to contribute their expertise.
- Spanish proficiency is required.
- English proficiency is desirable.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment is a plus.
- Experience with Big Deals or multidisciplinary RFPs is a plus.
Benefits:
- Remote work model.
- Full-time employment.
- Meal and food allowance.
- Medical insurance.
- Dental insurance.
- Day Off.
- Gympass/TotalPass.
- Childcare assistance.
- Pet assistance.
- Fuel allowance.
- Home office allowance.
- Education reimbursement.
- Free online health platform.
- Access to a wide range of e-learning courses through the internal academy.
- Mentoring platform for networking, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
- Discounts on undergraduate, postgraduate, language, and professional courses.
- Discounts and advantages at a variety of partner establishments.
