About Our Hospital
Animal Care Clinic has proudly served the Wilsonville community for decades and is supported by a team of 2 full-time and 2 part-time veterinarians. Our doctors bring a variety of skills to the practice, including Dr. Debbie’s certification in rehabilitation and Dr. Brent’s extensive surgical experience; all client spays are performed laparoscopically. We have a water treadmill for rehabilitation appointments, cat and dog boarding with dedicated kennel staff, weekly team meetings, and a strong focus on education, communication, and collaborative problem-solving. Our loyal clientele and numerous 5-star Google reviews reflect the relationships we’ve built with the Wilsonville community.
The Team & Culture
We’re looking for a technically skilled CVT, but technical ability is only part of what makes someone successful here. Great communication skills, reliability, and emotional intelligence are equally important to our team.
We’ve worked hard over the years to create a positive, drama-free workplace, and we’re intentional about protecting that environment. We believe technical skills can be taught and developed, but strong communication and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy are invaluable.
Our clinic’s core values are:
Opportunities to Grow
We believe in investing in our team and encouraging technicians to expand their skill sets. Interested team members can receive additional training to assist with rehabilitation appointments, including the use of our water treadmill once repairs are complete.
Our team also benefits from an experienced surgical doctor, laparoscopic spay procedures, a collaborative medical environment, and opportunities to continue learning and developing professionally.
