You'll report directly to the CFO. You won't get a detailed spec or a queue of tickets. You'll figure out what the business needs, find the data, fix what's broken and get past blockers on your own. The work starts in Sales Operations and grows into full Revenue Operations.
Your first 6 months: analyst and engineer

After that: scientist and strategist
Build revenue and pipeline forecasts, lead and account scoring, and churn and expansion models
Support territory, quota and pricing decisions with analysis
Extend reporting from Sales into Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, and help create one version of revenue truth that ties CRM, billing and the general ledger together

Strong SQL and Python
Experience with Snowflake (or another cloud warehouse) and Looker (or another BI tool)
Experience working with HubSpot CRM data, or with Salesforce data if you're willing to learn HubSpot

SalesOps, RevOps or FP&A analytics experience at a marketplace, on-demand, logistics, or insurance company
