Element Critical is seeking to add a detail-oriented Data Center Electrician Technician who aligns with our company values of accountability, integrity, grit, and problem-solving.
This position participates in a 24/7 operational support model. DC Electrician Technician share responsibility for after-hours support through a weekly rotating on-call schedule that is distributed to all participating onsite team members and managed on a monthly rotation basis.
This experienced team works to maintain the critical physical infrastructure that supports Element Critical. Specifically, this team works to ensure that the data center's Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems operate at 100% availability while maintaining first-class customer service to our critical data centers. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems in a data center, including UPS systems, PDUs, generators, and switchgear, while ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal downtime. The position requires experience in industrial or data center electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of monitoring tools like BMS or EPMS. Candidates must hold a journeyman license (master electrician preferred) and be capable of working in high-voltage environments with occasional on-call responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Certification or associate degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or data center environment, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
