As a Dataverse Engineer - Associate 2, you will engage in data engineering tasks within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on developing and optimizing data solutions that drive business insights. As an Associate, you will contribute to client projects, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while understanding the broader objectives of your project and how your work fits into the overall strategy. Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow and Directed Acrylic Graphs (DAGs)
- Implementing data integration and transformation processes with Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
- Building and optimizing data architectures and data models to support scalable data solutions
- Managing and securing data infrastructure, confirming compliance with database security best practices
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for cloud-based data engineering tasks
- Conducting data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies and solutions
- Performing database administration and optimization tasks using MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Supporting the development of data warehouses and data lakes for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to enhance team collaboration and project outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Developing skills in data architecture and data engineering platforms
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks
- Engaging with Apache Hadoop and Apache Airflow for data processing
- Building proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
