As a Deployment Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Talent and Development team, focusing on staffing and deployment strategies to optimize employee placement within the organization. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. As a Manager, you will guide the execution of resource management strategies, focusing on coaching and developing your team while managing client accounts and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate. Specialization in Human Resources/Statistics will be preferred.
• 10 – 12 years of relevant, post qualification work experience in reputed organizations with a proven track record of career growth and stability.
• Proficiency in resource management/workforce management domain.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in directly supervising teams.
• Must have at least 5-6 years of experience in managing stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
