**About Dataleap** \
\
We're the agentic operating system for the enterprise. We enable business teams to build, scale, and manage the most capable AI employees on the market.
We raised $3M from YC and angels like Aravind (CEO Perplexity) and Rahul Vohra (Superhuman). We have thousands of agents running at 2,000+ person scale-ups and Fortune 500 companies. We have PMF and are doubling revenue every month. We have far more demand than we can handle.
**About the role** \
\
I'm Jan, Co-founder at Dataleap. Together with my Chief of Staff I own our existing customers, and I need someone alongside us to help our current accounts win with Dataleap.
This isn't a sales role. Your job is to make the customers we already have wildly successful, to walk into their organizations, find the people who want to build agents, and help them actually do it. You'll run adoption on the ground: sit with teams, understand their work, build agents alongside them, unblock them, and turn curious users into daily believers. When a customer succeeds, it's because you made it happen.
We're building out our German office, and this is the moment to get in. You'll work directly with me and our team on the ground. We're hiring with the clear intention of converting this into a full-time role in our Growth team: more ownership, bigger accounts, deeper work. We're looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with us. This is your chance to show what you've got, and I'll make sure it's the fastest growth of your career.\
\
**The setup:** This is a full-time role structured as an internship or working-student position. We're looking to start ASAP, with a minimum commitment of 3–6 months.
**What you'll own**
* **Customer adoption.** Drive real usage inside our existing accounts. Find the champions, enable them, and help them pay it forward across their org.
* **Building agents alongside customers.** Sit with their teams, understand the messy details of their work, and build agents in Dataleap that solve real problems. You prove the value by shipping it.
* **Being the trusted partner.** Become the person our customers love to have in the room, the one who gets their world, makes them better, and makes them feel taken care of.
* **Training and enablement.** Run workshops, hackathons, and hands-on sessions that turn non-technical teams into confident agent builders.
* **Being the voice of the customer.** Feed what you learn back to me, product, and engineering. Push hard for what our customers need.
* **Automate your own role with Dataleap.** We build AI employees for a living, and you'll live in the product you're helping customers adopt. Build agents that eliminate the manual parts of your own job instead of doing them by hand.
**Who you are**
* **Hungry and proactive.** You don't wait to be told. You see what needs doing and you're already on it.
* **Great with people.** You're warm, confident, and easy to trust. You can walk into a room of people you've never met and have them rooting for you by the end.
* **Someone customers fall for.** The bar is simple: I want customers coming back to me saying "I love this person, what a great hire." You make people feel understood and supported.
* **Super AI-native.** You breathe AI. You build agents for everything and you're already living in these tools, not just exploring them.
* **A culture carrier.** You embody how we work and represent Dataleap brilliantly out in the world.
* **High agency, low ego.** There's unsexy work and you'll do it without flinching. You want to work hard and be part of something ambitious.
* You speak **German at a native level** and are fluent in English. Based in Munich or ready to move here. Final-year students and recent graduates welcome.
**How we work**\
This is your life's work right now, and mine too. We operate like athletes: we take care of ourselves and our bodies, and we work hard and win. High standards, high output, no excuses, and we enjoy the ride together.
**What this is not**
* Not a coffee-and-shadowing internship, you'll own real customer relationships from week one.
* Not a back-office role, you're in front of customers, in their offices, in the work.
* Not for someone who needs rigid structure or waits to be told what to do.
**What you get**
* A front-row seat to how AI gets deployed inside real companies, at the absolute frontier.
* Direct work with me and exposure to our network at YC, Founders Inc, and CDTM.
* A real path to full-time: we hire with the intention of converting you into a full-time role in the Growth team.
* Unlimited AI budget. We practice what we preach.
* Frequent proof that your work matters, straight from the customers you win over.
**How we hire (fast, \~2 weeks start to finish)**
1. Get to know me and our Chief of Staff (Sacha)
2. A take-home on a real problem we're facing.
3. Meet the team.
4. Offer, and you're in.
