Connection Through Design.
JMD was built in beauty, one of the most competitive, discerning and emotionally driven categories in the world. It’s where we learned that every detail shapes perception, and our decades of work have proven that design creates connections.
We believe there is beauty in every category. Today we bring that same rigor to brands across all industries – crafting distinct identities, award-winning packaging and brand experiences that capture attention, foster loyalty and drive growth.
We build brands that create connections.
JMD is seeking a Mid-Level Designer to join our creative team and bring brand ideas to life across every consumer touchpoint, from packaging and merchandising to campaigns, social content, retail and brand identity.
Working closely with the VP Creative, Senior Art Director and Senior Designer, you'll develop concepts and design across 360 creative programs, then carry them through to production: building artwork mechanicals and DTOs, preparing files for print and managing the back and forth on retouching and comps.
This role is ideal for a versatile designer who loves seeing one idea stretch across a pack, a display, a campaign and a social feed, is just as happy perfecting a mechanical as exploring a new concept, and is already using AI tools to make the work better and faster.

To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
