As a DevOps Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections and guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure and systems to support efficient data processing and analysis
- Developing and managing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to facilitate seamless data flow
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks to enhance data engineering capabilities
- Applying data architecture principles to optimize database management and performance tuning
- Leveraging Apache Airflow and Apache Hadoop for orchestrating complex data workflows and processing large datasets
- Building and maintaining data warehouses and lakes to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
- Confirming data quality and validation through rigorous testing and troubleshooting processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives and client needs
- Implementing data security best practices to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on data engineering methodologies and tools
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
