We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven Digital Campaign Coordinator to take ownership of the execution, management, and continuous optimisation of paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on transforming advertising investment into measurable outcomes. You will lead campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimisation across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while supporting advertising initiatives on LinkedIn, Pinterest, OpenAI, and emerging digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will go beyond campaign monitoring and reporting, proactively identifying opportunities, interpreting performance data, and implementing improvements that drive stronger engagement, higher-quality enquiries, and greater advertising efficiency.
You will be working with a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to creating meaningful social impact through community-focused services and initiatives.
The organisation is committed to raising awareness of foster care, connecting with prospective foster carers, and generating meaningful engagement that supports positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and measurable results, the organisation provides an opportunity to apply your digital marketing expertise to campaigns that make a genuine difference.
Essential Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns.
Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, budget management, optimisation, and reporting.
Experience managing Google Ad Grants campaigns or a strong understanding of their requirements and best practices.
Demonstrated success in improving campaign performance through proactive optimisation, structured testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and UTM management.
Solid understanding of lead generation strategies, conversion funnels, cost-per-lead optimisation, and campaign attribution.
Experience developing and executing A/B tests across audiences, advertising creative, messaging, and landing pages.
Ability to evaluate lead quality and optimise campaigns for meaningful conversions rather than vanity metrics.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, remarketing, and performance measurement.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
