What you’ll do:

• Provide planning and roadmap development for digital initiatives.
• Lead and manage program and project delivery efforts, focusing on scope, dependencies, and risks.
• Engage with technical specialists to understand project impacts.
• Identify business growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards for consistency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead team development.

What we’re looking for:

• Broad experience across Business, Experience, and Technology domains.
• Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Familiarity with business and process analysis methodologies (e.g., IIBA).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Strong understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Robust financial and business acumen with experience managing large budgets and project teams.
