Senior ManagerJob Description & Summary
About the role:
Are you ready to shape the future of procurement through digital transformation and AI? Do you have the drive to help global organisations unlock value across their Source-to-Pay functions through technology, data and intelligent automation? Join PwC’s Digital Procurement team and play a leading role in delivering innovative, tech-enabled procurement transformations. You will help clients reimagine procurement through digital capabilities, data-led decision-making and emerging AI solutions - driving efficiency, resilience and strategic value across their operations.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex transformation programmes across the S2P lifecycle, with a strong focus on P2P optimisation, digital enablement and AI-driven innovation and automation. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering large-scale programmes, managing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver tangible outcomes. As an SME in digital procurement, you will guide clients on market-leading best practices, bringing deep insight into industry trends, leading technologies and innovative operating models. You will challenge existing ways of working, provide strategic direction and ensure solutions are aligned to both current needs and future-facing capabilities.
You will work closely with PwC’s strategic alliance partners to bring leading technology capabilities into client solutions and collaborate across our broader Consulting practice, including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and AI specialists, to deliver integrated, end-to-end digital transformations. By combining deep procurement expertise with cross-functional insight and ecosystem capabilities, you will help clients unlock sustainable value and future-ready procurement functions. The dynamic nature of this position requires adaptability and comfort working with diverse stakeholders in ambiguous situations, encouraging innovative thinking and exploration of potential rather than limitations.
