The Profile We Think Will Thrive
This role will suit someone who is equally comfortable asking:
“Are the numbers right?” and “Where should we be leaning in, and where should we be more cautious?”
You are likely to be commercially curious, analytically rigorous and comfortable challenging assumptions. You can zoom into accounting, controls or transaction economics when required, but you do not lose sight of the bigger business picture and are comfortable to speak up
You bring structure where needed without creating bureaucracy for its own sake, and you understand that in a growing business Finance needs to help the organisation move faster with better decisions, not simply apply the brakes.
If you meet these criteria and are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply.
