In this innovative, non-clinical role, you will approach wellbeing through a community-first lens—integrating evidence-based practices from social work, positive psychology, and experiential education into our organizational culture. Programmatically, you will leverage Dartmouth and Hanover’s unique natural landscape and vibrant arts scene to design sacred pauses from campus grind culture, using shared cooking, creative art-making, and outdoor recreation to foster resilience. Systemically, you will act as a vital resource for our community: assessing wellness trends, maintaining a robust network of campus resources, and training our student-facing staff to support students, promote their wellbeing and navigate referrals to College clinical services, when needed. By balancing creative, low-barrier engagement with strategic team consultation, you will help us honor the whole person as a vital part of nurturing a vibrant Jewish community.
You will thrive in this role if you are enthusiastic about realizing vision, leveraging strategic campus partnerships, and applying your skills and passion to our specialized setting, serving a burgeoning Jewish community on a premier college campus. This position reports to the Assistant Director and collaborates closely with our student-facing engagement professionals.
