The role requires holistic business understanding, strong analytical and financial judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, eCommerce, customer teams, and bottlers.

• Provide consumer, shopper, competitive, package, pricing, household, channel, and financial insights that create a clear view of Coke Trademark opportunities, risks, portfolio gaps, and performance versus plan.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, eCommerce OBPPC, Retail Strategy/TPO, RGM Execution, customer teams, and bottlers to ensure Coke Trademark launches and pilots have clear strategic guardrails, business cases, success measures, and learning plans.

• Develop acceleration initiatives to recruit new households, build Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Diet Coke participation, grow frequency, optimize mix, strengthen flavors and innovation, and capture incremental Coke Trademark growth.

• Partner with RGM, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, customer, and bottler teams to translate Coke Trademark strategy into actionable annual and multi-year plans.

• Translate the Coke Trademark category plan into clear portfolio, package, channel, assortment, and strategic pricing implications for bottler and customer planning.

• Lead the development and quantification of Coke Trademark Sources of Growth, including revenue, transactions, volume, household recruitment, frequency, mix, margin, incrementality, and system value, for incorporation into annual and multi-year business planning.
