Summary of the Role
This leader runs the technical program management function that turns our marketing AI strategy into delivered outcomes. You will build and lead a team of technical program managers deployed across the digital marketing, analytics, and technology organization, focused above all on one thing: making the dependencies land.
The AI strategy relies on many Teams that no single leader owns, spanning engineering, data science, operations, and more. This role is the connective tissue that keeps those dependencies sequenced, unblocked, and delivering on time. You will partner closely with AI skills development and report to the Senior Director, AI Engineering.
The hard part of enterprise AI is not the models. It is integration, context, and adoption: connecting AI to existing systems, giving it enough business context to be useful, and getting people to actually use what gets built. This role owns delivery and adoption together. Success is capability that Teams rely on in their daily work, shipped predictably and without quality regressions, not a longer list of launched projects.
About the Role
Build, lead, and develop a team of technical program managers, and set the standard for how programs are run across the organization.
Own end-to-end delivery of the AI roadmap: plan, sequence, track, and ship the portfolio of initiatives against committed timelines and quality bars.
Manage the web of cross-team dependencies the AI strategy relies on: identify them early, sequence them, and remove blockers so delivery stays predictable across Teams no one person owns.
Drive change management and adoption: bring the people affected along, take their concerns seriously, and land capability that Teams actually use, especially when it changes how they work.
Establish and run the delivery operating rhythm: intake, prioritization, planning, reviews, roadmapping, and honest status reporting to leadership.
Surface risks, blockers, and decisions and Drive them to resolution; escalate early with clear options and recommendations.
Translate between technical and business stakeholders, keeping engineering, data, operations, and marketing aligned on scope, sequence, and outcomes.
Manage vendors, budgets, and external partners where programs require them.
Instrument delivery health and outcomes, and report progress and value honestly, including what is off track and why.
Bring enough technical fluency to engage credibly on architecture, integration, and trade-offs without needing everything translated first.
About You
Required Qualifications
Substantial technical program or delivery management experience running complex, cross-functional technology programs, ideally including AI, data, or platform work.
A proven record of dependency and stakeholder management across Teams you do not own, making delivery predictable in a matrixed environment.
Strong change-management and adoption results: getting people to actually use what gets built, especially when it changes how they work.
Technical fluency: able to read code, understand system architecture and integrations, and engage credibly with engineers. You do not need to be a production developer.
Experience leading and developing others, whether a team, a delivery organization, or a strong track record ready to step into formal people leadership.
Fluency in modern delivery methods such as agile and scrum, with the judgment to apply them pragmatically rather than by rote.
Clear executive communication: status, risks, and recommendations that leaders can act on.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. We care more about what you have delivered than where you studied.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering AI or automation programs, and familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem such as agent and skill frameworks and integration patterns like MCP-style connectors.
Background in marketing, marketing technology, or commercial and Go-to-market technology.
Earlier career depth in systems engineering, integration, or architecture.
Vendor and budget management experience on meaningful program portfolios.
Relevant certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster or an equivalent delivery credential.
Experience in a regulated or high-accuracy industry, such as legal, tax, financial services, or healthcare.
