Introduction to the job
At ASML, the ability to connect requirements, system architectures, engineering designs, verification data, and integration outcomes through a coherent digital thread is becoming increasingly important to successfully develop the next generation of lithography systems.
As Domain Architect Systems Engineering & Systems Integration, you will define the technology direction and architectural roadmap for one of ASML's most strategic Engineering IT domains. You will shape how digital capabilities support modern Systems Engineering practices, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and end-to-end engineering traceability across the product lifecycle.
Working as the architectural counterpart to the Domain Owner, you will help business and IT jointly define future capabilities, challenge assumptions where needed, and drive balanced decisions that create sustainable long-term value. You will play a key role in ensuring that today's delivery priorities and tomorrow's technology ambitions evolve through a shared roadmap.
This position is ideal for a technically strong architect who enjoys combining strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, digital engineering expertise, and hands-on architectural leadership.
Please note that this is an Engineering IT leadership role. The mission is to deliver and evolve the digital tools, data, integrations, and business capabilities that support Systems Engineering and Systems Integration at ASML. The role is not focused on executing Systems Engineering activities, but on enabling them through technology.
