At Rolls-Royce we are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

Role overview:
During your 10-weeks on our Engineering and Technology Internship programme, you’ll gain invaluable insight into the breadth of our work and discover where you’d like to take your career with us.
You’ll join our Engineering, Technology and Safety organisation, which supports all our different divisions. You’ll gather experience across the engineering lifecycle and building capabilities such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials and development. This could be within our central Engineering, Technology and Safety teams or within our Civil Aerospace, Defence, Defence Nuclear Submarines or Power Systems divisions. What you’ll be doing:
Who we’re looking for:
Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.
We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. Everyone is expected on site, on average, a minimum three days per week. But specific arrangements will vary from role to role and gig to gig. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can.
What we offer:
You’ll be working on real projects and making a real difference from day one. That’s why we make sure you’re properly rewarded for the work you do. Along with your salary, you’ll get:
Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
