General Description/Primary Purpose
The Enrollment Services Systems Coordinator supports and advances the effective use of Slate CRM and related Enrollment Services systems through system coordination, data analysis, and reporting operations. The role oversees assigned system functions, ensures data integrity, and evaluates reporting outputs to identify trends, resolve inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements that enhance system effectiveness and data reliability. Serving as a functional resource, the incumbent collaborates with stakeholders across Enrollment Services to align system capabilities with business needs while upholding established data governance standards.

Required Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.Department Requirements
· Intermediate experience working with data, spreadsheets, and systems
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Exposure to CRM or student information systems (Slate, Banner, etc.)
· Experience with Power BI dashboard development
· Experience running reports or working with data
· Familiarity with higher education operations
