Our mission is to promote growth in local economies by building connections with businesses across the nation and expanding access to the DoorDash platform. Account Management is a fantastic stomping ground for employees to build both hard and soft skills, develop their relationship management and consultative sales skills, deploy strategic thinking to solve complex customer problems, and work collaboratively across functions as the conduit between customers’ greatest needs and the solutions we can build to address them.
Account Managers are responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and optimization of programs for our largest corporate customers in North America. They are proactive, consultative, and solutions-oriented partners who consistently deliver against quarterly growth quotas through cross-sell, upsell, product adoption, and expansion initiatives. They retain and grow customer relationships and revenue across national markets, introducing new products and features while partnering cross-functionally with S&O, Analytics, and Product to unlock incremental business value and drive the DoorDash for Business business forward.
