The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
As a Commercial Sales Executive at UiPath, you will help organizations across Norway transform how work gets done by adopting agentic AI and automation. Your focus will be driving meaningful revenue growth across new and existing commercial customers by positioning UiPath as a strategic AI partner, not just a software provider.
You will operate across the customer organization, from executive leadership to operational and technical stakeholders, helping customers understand how agentic AI can deliver real business outcomes. You will be part of a high-performing GTM team based in Norway that moves quickly, thinks commercially, and works closely with customers and partners to create measurable value.
For the right person, this role offers significant upside. We have meaningful earning potential for sellers who consistently outperform and build long-term customer impact.
You will own a defined commercial territory in Norway and build a clear, data-driven strategy to grow revenue across both new logos and existing customers. You will consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets through value-based, outcome-focused sales execution.
You will lead complex sales cycles, engage senior decision makers and articulate how agentic AI and automation can improve efficiency, resilience, and financial performance. You will represent UiPath in the market as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and customer stories that position us as a leader in enterprise AI.
You will work closely with partners and global systems integrators to generate opportunities and ensure customers are set up for long-term success. Internally, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to maximize customer value and progress deals effectively.
You will stay close to market developments, competitors, and emerging AI use cases in order to anticipate customer needs and create demand.
You have several years of experience selling SaaS solutions into commercial customers, with a consistent track record of quota achievement and overachievement. You are comfortable selling to executive and financial buyers and can build strong business cases focused on value and outcomes rather than features.
You are curious about AI and emerging technology and can explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way. You bring strong account planning discipline, take a research-driven approach to your territory, and proactively identify opportunities through business-led conversations.
You are confident navigating complex customer organizations, building relationships across functions and seniority levels, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners. You bring strong problem-solving skills and resilience when deals become complex.
Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
UiPath is leading the shift from traditional automation to agentic AI, where intelligent agents can reason, act, and drive outcomes at scale. This is an opportunity to sell genuinely transformational technology at a time when customers are actively investing in AI-led change.
If you are motivated by impact, growth, and upside, and you want to be part of the next phase of enterprise AI, this role offers a rare opportunity to do that in the Norwegian market.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
