JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Enterprise Technology Development Program (ETDP), this role participates in a two-year, paid, early-career rotational development program within the Business Operations track. Associates gain hands-on experience across multiple teams while contributing to meaningful business and technology initiatives.
The incumbent serves as a strategic business partner to assigned leadership teams, providing data-driven insights, operational support, and governance oversight to help drive organizational performance. This role analyzes operational data, monitors key business metrics, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, the incumbent translates complex information into actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making and operational excellence. Uses minimal judgement and discretion on projects while leveraging established processes, tools, and governance frameworks to deliver results.
