- Manage coordination with hockey tenants, promoters, sponsors, vendors, security providers, third-party service providers, emergency responders, local authorities, Resort management, and other stakeholders as required for successful venue operations.
- Ensure compliance with contract approval requirements by supporting contract turnover sheets, documenting event economics and operational assumptions, and escalating contracts, sponsorships, naming rights, ticketing-platform agreements, and material commitments requiring Owner authorization.
- Serve as a senior member of the Resort leadership structure and communicate with Owner representatives and Manager leadership regarding business objectives, financial performance, strategic priorities, reporting, approvals, and information requests.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, wage guideline administration, performance management, and employment practices for Event Center employees in coordination with Human Resources and Resort leadership.
- Direct the work of third-party providers, contractors, promoters, vendors, and service partners as needed for safe, compliant, and successful Event Center operations.
