As an Experienced Associate – Supply Chain Technology - Enabling Apps, you will engage with clients to optimize their supply chain operations, enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support digital planning transformation programs for leading organizations across industries. Collaborating closely with client stakeholders, system integrators, and internal consulting teams, you will leverage data-driven insights, process design, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance planning performance. You will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by designing and improving integrated planning processes across demand, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP
- Performing analytical assessments to evaluate planning performance, forecast accuracy, service levels, capacity utilization, and inventory health
- Developing data-driven insights and models to support scenario analysis, planning optimization, and decision-making
- Facilitating cross-functional workshops with client teams to define requirements, validate findings, and co-develop future-state planning processes
- Translating business requirements into APS system configuration needs
- Assisting in the configuration of planning applications, including master data setup, planning logic, and scenario modeling
- Developing data mapping documents to link source fields to APS data models
- Building and maintaining integration test cases to validate data flows between ERP, data lake, and APS systems
- Collaborating with data and digital teams to align analytics solutions and tools with business planning needs
- Preparing deliverables such as analytical reports, presentations, and process documentation
- Contributing to business case development by quantifying the potential impact of process and planning improvements
- Participating in internal capability-building initiatives, including developing accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership on integrated planning and analytics
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
