The Opportunity 

As an Expert Recruiter, you will identify and recruit industry professionals to join our expert network, expanding the talent available to support our clients. You are not filling full-time roles, instead you are building access to expertise by bringing the right professionals into our network to participate in paid consultations and surveys. This model enables you to move quickly, take ownership of your performance, and drive meaningful results. 

This role combines research, targeted outreach, and relationship building. You will map industries, identify relevant expertise, and engage professionals to generate interest while assessing fit against client needs. Success comes from curiosity, persistence, and the ability to confidently start conversations and clearly position the value of joining our network. 

With structured training, you will quickly see the impact of your work as a founding member of our Bogotá team. 

 Responsibilities  

• Expert Recruitment: Recruit new experts into our network through proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and targeted search strategies aligned to specific project needs
• Professional Engagement: Engage and consult with professionals, clearly presenting the value of participation while building strong, credible relationships
• Industry Research and Expert Vetting: Use your understanding of client needs across industries to identify, vet, and qualify the most relevant experts for each project
• Compliance and Integrity: Uphold compliance standards across all engagements to ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity
• Networking and Research: Leverage professional networks and research techniques to identify and engage experts, while reviewing project needs and utilizing our internal database to surface the best-fit candidates
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, aligning expert selection with client needs
• Expert Engagement and Alignment: Guide conversations around participation, including scope, expectations, and compensation, to ensure successful expert engagements                      
• Results-Driven Expert Engagement: Act with urgency, persistence, and creativity to engage the right experts, using proactive calling, thoughtful follow-up, and persuasive communication to drive participation in client calls.

Ideal Candidates will have：  

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Verbal and Written Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with confidence initiating conversations and guiding professionals through next steps.
• Proactive, persistent, and resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow-up timelines at once.
• Comfort using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other research tools when needed.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, customer outreach, business development, market research, or another high-volume communication environment preferred.

A Expert Recruiters salary compensates them for all hours worked, which may vary from week to week. Expert Recruiters carry an FLSA-exempt status and are not eligible for overtime pay.
