We’re looking for an experienced Field Manager to join our NSW team and lead a portfolio of up to 15 Corporate and Franchise stores across the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Bathurst, Orange regions.

This is a regional role, and we’re looking for someone who lives within one of these communities or the surrounding region and is comfortable travelling regularly between store locations as well as joining our NSW Support Office each fortnight in Macquarie Park.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your territory, working autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive Field Leadership team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

As Field Manager, you’ll partner with Franchisees and Store Leaders to drive strong commercial and customer outcomes across your portfolio.

You’ll:

• Lead the performance of up to 15 Corporate and Franchise stores
• Coach and develop Store Leaders and Franchisees to build capability and confidence
• Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth
• Champion exceptional customer experiences and high standards of store execution
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and turn them into practical actions
• Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across a diverse group of stakeholders
• Create an environment where people feel supported, accountable and empowered to succeed
• Work autonomously, effectively planning your time and travel across a geographically diverse territory

What will you bring?

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, customers and commercial performance.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven leadership experience within retail, hospitality, QSR or multi-site operations or a similar customer-focused environment 
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and commercial performance
• A strong track record of improving customer experience and operational standards
• The ability to coach, influence and build capability in others
• Confidence interpreting performance data and turning insights into action
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and take ownership of outcomes
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to navigate challenging conversations
• A genuine passion for developing people and creating a positive, psychologically safe environment

We’ll set you up for success:

You don’t need to know everything about 7-Eleven on day one. You'll be supported through a 3 month training and induction program along with a designated buddy, designed to build your understanding of our stores, systems, people and operating model before you take full ownership of your portfolio.  We want you to feel confident and equipped to succeed.
