At Rox (https://rox.com/), we believe in empowering people to do their best work.
Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x'd engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.
We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world's first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.
Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.
Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.
Members on our team have:
Founded and exited successful companies
Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic
Won IMO and IOI gold medals
Published field-defining papers
We're backed by the best, including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.
No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.
In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers' requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.
Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.
As a member of Marketing at Rox, you'll be responsible for bringing our global field marketing strategy to life across your region, creating exceptional in-person experiences that build relationships with the world's leading executives and generate enterprise pipeline.
From hosting C-suite executives at the Super Bowl and three-Michelin-star dinners to launching the first-ever Rox Summit and producing flagship executive summits across major cities, you'll help create the moments that make Rox impossible to ignore. You'll work directly with our CRO, regional sales leaders, customers, and partners to break into strategic accounts, accelerate deals, and turn ambitious ideas into reality.
This is an extremely high-ownership, high-visibility role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and executive relationships. We're looking for someone with exceptional taste, operational excellence, and the creativity to reimagine what enterprise field marketing can look like. You'll help take Rox's field marketing function to the next level.
Own regional field marketing execution, bringing Rox's global strategy to life across your territory with a focus on pipeline generation, account penetration, and deal acceleration.
Create extraordinary executive experiences, from Super Bowl hospitality and three-Michelin-star dinners to exclusive sporting events, private gatherings, and unforgettable experiences for C-suite and VP-level prospects.
Help bring Rox's biggest marquee events to life, including our first-ever Rox Summit (user conference), flagship CRO/CIO summits, and executive gatherings in major metropolitan markets.
Partner directly with sales leadership, working closely with our CRO, regional leaders, and account executives to identify target accounts, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and create programs that move deals forward.
Dream up creative ways to break into strategic accounts, using highly personalized experiences, executive gifting, account-based marketing, and unconventional field tactics to stand out.
Execute integrated regional campaigns, connecting events, gifting, partner activations, and broader demand generation programs into coordinated plays that drive measurable pipeline.
Own flawless end-to-end event execution, managing everything from venue selection, vendor relationships, budgets, invitations, and executive guest lists to on-site production and post-event follow-up.
Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners, becoming a trusted face of Rox who can confidently engage senior executives and represent our brand at the highest level.
Measure and optimize field marketing impact, tracking pipeline sourced and influenced, account engagement, event ROI, and sales conversion to continuously improve our programs.
Push the boundaries of enterprise field marketing, constantly bringing new ideas, partnerships, formats, and experiences to the table that elevate Rox's presence in the market.
Extreme ownership and bias for action: you operate independently, thrive in fast-moving environments, and take ambitious ideas from concept to flawless execution.
Proven experience in B2B field, experiential, or enterprise marketing, with a track record of producing high-impact executive events and generating measurable pipeline.
Exceptional executive presence: you're polished, personable, and confident engaging with CROs, CIOs, CEOs, and other senior leaders at the world's largest companies.
World-class organizational ability and attention to detail: you can manage multiple complex events simultaneously, anticipate problems before they happen, and make even the most ambitious productions feel effortless.
Elite taste and creative instincts: you know how to create memorable, premium experiences that executives genuinely want to attend, rather than another forgettable B2B event.
Strong commercial instincts: you understand enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, and how to turn relationships and experiences into meaningful business outcomes.
Outstanding cross-functional collaboration: you can work seamlessly with sales, executives, marketing, partners, and external vendors to deliver exceptional results.
Resourcefulness and a willingness to do whatever it takes: you're equally comfortable developing a six-figure flagship event and personally handling the smallest last-minute detail.
High velocity + high standards: you move quickly, manage competing priorities, and never compromise on quality.
Passion for building something category-defining: you're excited to help scale one of the most ambitious AI companies and create a field marketing function that sets a new standard for enterprise marketing.
