How you’ll make an impact
Be part of a team that focuses on finance systems and process optimization and works closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external partners.
As a Senior Analyst, Finance Systems, lead, mentor and support finance system platforms while driving business process improvements. You’ll help implement new processes, support system projects and recommend improvements that optimize financial operations.
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and builds on others' ideas. You’re a natural relationship-builder, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across finance and technology teams. You bring strong communication skills and a passion for improving systems and processes, paired with curiosity, adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.

What you’ll do
Support finance system and business process initiatives from concept through implementation
Support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial system issues
Analyze complex business requirements, including system capabilities, and accounting policy application
Recommend how finance data should be structured, stored and leveraged for decision-making
Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements
Mentor and support team members on finance systems and best practices
What you’ll bring to the team
Required Qualifications:
A degree in accounting, business or commerce
Minimum 6 years of experience in finance systems, business process development or a related field
Extensive knowledge of financial systems and business process optimization
Strong ability to translate technical information into clear business insights
Proven expertise in analyzing complex requirements
Demonstrated proficiency with finance systems (SAP S/4HANA & Concur is an asset)
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting system transformation or implementation projects
Knowledge of data governance and financial data management
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in large organizations
