# Founding Growth Engineer

We're seeking a **Founding GTM** to drive growth to make us go from 1 to 100. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical excellence with entrepreneurial instincts to maximize revenue through experimentation.

* **Design and implement growth experiments** across our entire product funnel from acquisition to activation
* **Build cross-product features** like billing systems, onboarding flows, and signup optimization tools
* **Develop growth strategies and measurement frameworks** to guide experimentation and evaluate success
* **Optimize conversion rates** through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights
* **Create tools and systems** that enable better user onboarding and engagement across products
* **Growth initiatives** that span marketing, product, and engineering

* Have **engineering** experience with comfort across the entire tech stack
* Have **b2b sales** or **consulting experience** with significant past impact
* Are **entrepreneurially minded** and can work independently to identify and solve growth opportunities
