## About Syncly
Brand growth now runs on short-form video. Luxury brands, century-old CPG names, and three-year-old DTC brands are all posting daily and signing creators. Almost none of them can tell you what actually worked: which content moved consumers, which creator's audience converts, and which one just has reach.
At Syncly, we're building the AI-native intelligence layer for video-native consumer marketing. We show brands what's breaking out in their category, and which content and creators they should bet on to win it.
We’re serial entrepreneurs in video AI who previously built and sold a company for nine figures. We're backed by Y Combinator and SoftBank, and we work with leading consumer brands including Kosas, Oddity, and Adobe.
## The Role
Your single goal: fill the founders' and AEs' calendars with qualified meetings with the right people at consumer brands, agencies, or marketing technology buyers, ideally across beauty, CPG, retail, or e-commerce.
You will work directly with the founders and with the person who currently owns paid, SEO, and attribution.
This is a high-ownership role for a curious, proactive individual who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and enjoys building pipelines and relationships.
## What you’ll Do
**Events and conferences**
* Own end-to-end planning and execution for Syncly’s event strategy (conferences, hosted dinners, webinars, executive roundtables, etc), and book meetings around them.
* Manage budgets, vendors, venues, and logistics, and build repeatable processes. Track and report on event ROI.
**Outbound**
* Build target lists, run multi-threaded sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
* Test messaging, call scripts, and outbound sequences, and iterate based on results.
**Content, storytelling, and attribution:**
* Define Syncly’s content strategy and develop blog posts, newsletters, customer case studies, competitive narratives, and other top-of-funnel materials.
* Partner with product and engineering to translate roadmap into compelling external storytelling, and bring customer and market signal back into the product
* Establish marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting so we know what's working and can compound on it
## What We’re Looking For
* 2 - 5 years in a SaaS GTM role: sales, growth, sales development, or a combination
* Deep understanding of how to market into consumer brands or marketing agencies across consumer brands, beauty, CPG, retail, or similar industries.
* Demonstrated experience building outbound infrastructure and generating pipeline through outbound: list building, enrichment, sequencing, and testing. Clay or comparable tooling
* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and product concepts into sharp, human, opinionated copy
* Fluent with modern AI tools and use them daily to accelerate your production work
## Bonus Points
* Background in Social listening, influencer and creator platforms, or martech.
* Existing relationships with marketing, social, or digital leaders at consumer brands
* Prior exposure to these tools means familiarity with both the buyer and the competitive landscape
* Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc) as both a GTM and a power user
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
