## **We're building the last healthcare company**
Healthcare is both the most meaningful and the most broken industry in America. Premiums climb 15% a year, physicians are burning out, and patients have lost trust, even as new medicines such as immunotherapy and synthetic proteins make it possible to efficiently buy quality-adjusted life years. An insurance system built to pay for catastrophe, on the premise that no one can know who will get sick, cannot deliver the future of medicine; it's no surprise its biggest priority is finding out how to deny more care. Misalignment runs through every layer. We believe it can only be fixed by owning all of healthcare. Prescience is a vertically integrated AI system where risk pricing, care delivery, and disease anticipation are redesigned from scratch. We are already seeing rapid organic adoption from employers, patients, and providers. Every life added to our network compounds our advantage. We see a future where insurance isn't needed and every American instead buys health outcomes from Prescience.
## **About Us**
Prescience is a seed-stage company, most recently valued at $150M. It is backed by investors such as Bain Capital Ventures, Conviction, Pear VC, Greycroft, and Y Combinator. You will join the founding team and will work directly with the two brothers: Rishab and Aditya Jain. Aditya earned his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and forwent a career in medicine to build Prescience. He was also a researcher at the Broad Institute. Rishab was named one of TIME's 25 Most Influential Teens at 13, won the Regeneron ISEF top award, and led two companies to successful acquisition before leaving Harvard to co-found Prescience. We are building a founding team of world-class talent.

## **The Role**
Demand is already pulling us forward. Our number one priority is getting to more employers, faster, and turning every group we sign into the reason the next one signs. We are looking for a high-horsepower, extremely resourceful founding GTM lead to own growth across the company.
This is a founding role with an unprecedented level of ownership. You will pick the channels, own the number, and see it through. In practice that means everything from closing employer groups yourself, to building the broker, investor-network, and partner channels that bring us hundreds of groups at a time, to turning our early customers into referrals and case studies, to working with carriers, regulators, and providers.
## **Who We're Looking For**
We're hiring one founding GTM lead. People coming from early-stage sales or growth, founder-led startups, Chief of Staff or BizOps, healthcare or benefits, consulting, or finance are strongly encouraged to apply.
Exceptional candidates demonstrate:
* **Revenue ownership.** You've owned a number and taken a pipeline from zero to closed deals, ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder sale
* **Analytical rigor.** You know your funnel, unit economics, and what actually drives conversion, not just activity
* **Distribution instinct.** You find the channel, partner, or relationship that gets you ten customers instead of one
* **Agency.** You identify gaps and execute on undefined, ambiguous problems without waiting for a playbook
* **Communication.** You write and speak clearly enough to persuade a skeptical CFO, broker, or founder
* **A bias toward systems.** When you find yourself doing something twice, you build a process (preferably with AI)
**In a single month at Prescience you'll sell to and close new employer groups, open a new broker or partner channel, shape pricing and positioning with the founders, run experiments on what makes employers switch, stand up automations for outbound and onboarding, and hire the people who will run growth with you.**
## **What We Offer**
* Small, highly selective team where decisions get made and shipped the same day
* A generous cash base
* Founding-team equity
* The best health insurance you've ever had
* Uber vouchers, DoorDash, Fitbits
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
