## The Role
Build Naive Studio: the interface where users deploy and operate autonomous companies. You’ll own features from product concept and UX through engineering, launch and growth.
## What You’ll Do
* Build full-stack with Next.js, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI
* Design polished, intuitive interfaces for complex agent systems
* Own features from customer research and prototyping through launch
* Create demos, launch content and campaigns for what you ship
* Turn usage data and customer feedback into product decisions
* Establish a high bar for design, performance and shipping velocity
## Must-Haves
* Strong full-stack engineering and UI/UX ability
* Exceptional product taste and attention to detail
* Experience shipping a 0→1 product
* Real experience building with LLMs and agentic systems
* Strong written communication and product-marketing instincts
* High agency—you independently identify and solve problems
## Nice-to-Haves
* Ex-founder or early startup engineer
* Experience with developer tools or AI-native products
* Familiarity with agent orchestration, MCP or SDK design
* Experience producing demos, launch videos or technical content
