Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-first and web-based applications. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies while working with experienced engineering teams on real business applications.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to building and maintaining applications across the technology stack, including user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and data integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in agile development activities, and learn engineering best practices while delivering high-quality solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining full stack applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Support the development of user interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting application issues.
• Work with databases and support data integration tasks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile development activities.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices, including coding standards, version control, and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of modern web applications and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support deployment and maintenance activities as part of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of full stack development concepts.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Exposure to backend development using Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn, problem-solve, and work in a team environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of testing, debugging, and deployment basics.
• Interest in modern application development, automation, or AI-enabled applications.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications is a strong plus.
