- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and translate business requirements into solution designs.
- Advise clients on property and lease management best practices.
- Configure software solutions to align with client requirements and business processes.
- Support all phases of software implementation, including configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Develop client-facing documentation, training materials, and process guides.
- Deliver engaging remote and in-person training sessions.
- Manage project activities, risks, and timelines in collaboration with project teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Work across multiple client engagements within a fast-paced consulting environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or similar client-facing consulting role.
- Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting business software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of real estate, property management, lease administration, or occupier/investor business processes.
- Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment with direct client engagement responsibilities.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of client service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence delivering user training and client presentations.
Preferred Experience
