Funnel Conversion (CRO) Lead at AIOS — Remote, $150k-$300k/yr (including equity)

# About AIOS **AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor.** We’re at $450M ARR, growing from $7M/yr in April 2025. We’re faithfully serving \>200k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. We’ve just launched Bolt Med, our international brand. We’re profitable. Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses: 1. The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history. 2. The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders. Our master plan: - **Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025** : We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market. - **Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026** : Since April 2025 we've grown from 3k to 200k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR. - **Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028** : Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider. - **Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2030** : Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe. - **Step 4 → $1T/yr by end of 2035** : With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company. We’re a young, founder-led company. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. As Funnel Conversion Lead at AIOS, you are DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country. You’ll deeply understand our target customer in your specific country, think of macro tests to run, then get them executed. You’re responsible for the whole process: idea → hypothesis → test → result → learning → idea. You’re responsible for a specific country’s landers, quiz, checkout. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll live in the weeds running experiments each day. We run on Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex, but you’ll remain tool-agnostic and able to operate across whatever testing + analytics stack is required. Great performance in the role means we can rapidly scale Meta spend in your specific country. Funnel Conversion is critical to scaling up our international growth efforts. If you nail the role, you’ll be a leading candidate for future senior roles across the Growth & Product teams. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice, as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time most weekdays. You’ll lead a Product Squad, consisting of you + 1x SWE + 1x Web Designer. You'll work closely with our existing Funnel Conversion Lead ([Michael McCann](https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-m-33b79642/)) and you’ll report to our Head of Performance ([Dave Lane](https://www.linkedin.com/in/digital-dl/)). You’ll also work closely with our CEO ([Richie Cartwright](https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-cartwright/)). I (Richie) am intense, so you’ll also be intense. You’ll work long days and regularly work on weekends. Our default workweek is 50-60hrs/wk. This is an awful job for the vast majority of people looking for a job. Stay away! And for the right person, this will be the best role of your life :) ## Key Responsibilities `Meta Click → Sale CVR`: You are DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country. 1. `Customer & marketing understanding`: You must go deep on our target customer(s) in your specific country. Why are they converting and why are they not? Specifically at this stage of the GLP-1 take-up cycle in this specific country. 2. `Ideas & prioritizing`: You have many ideas, both macro & micro, produced from customer insights / session data / market research / funnel performance. You create precise hypotheses and order them ruthlessly. Your experiments are always well designed to avoid unhelpful ambiguity of results. 3. `Execution`: You are DRI for getting tests shipped. You run a Product Squad of 1x Engineer + 1x Designer. Tests get shipped rapidly and always to high-quality. 4. `Measure & learn`: You measure everything important and use that information to inform your future testing. 5. `Improve tooling`: You’re responsible for improving your own tooling. You don’t wait for someone else. ## Key Traits 1. `Experience`: You've spent 4+ years running a high volume (\>hundreds) of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands in high-pace, high-transaction-volume environments. I have a strong preference for people who understand & enjoy the scary intensity of a high-growth startup. 2. `Macro swings`: You don’t get stuck in hill climbing when we have no idea whether we’re yet on the right hill. 3. `Zest`: You just get consumer. You have strong taste for consumer experience and can tell when a flow feels dead, cringe, slow, confusing, or magical. 4. `Funnel literacy`: You understand the ad-to-landing-page handoff and how Funnel Conversion interacts with paid efficiency (CPL, CAC, quality score, LP experience). 5. `Hands-on & autonomous`: You've personally owned end-to-end testing, from ideation and setup all the way to QA and readouts. You haven’t simply managed an agency and/or a team. You don’t need your hand held & you don’t get overwhelmed easily. 6. `Analytics`: You’re maniacal about your metrics. You're comfortable inside the data, naturally curious, and able to dig past top-line numbers into segments and behaviour. You have a hunger to improve and are constantly upskilling. You care a weird amount about your analytics stack. 7. `Design`: You’re comfortable with design principles & wireframing so can work closely with design to get what you want into pixels. 8. `Engineering`: You’re sufficiently technical so code doesn’t bother you. You see turning your ideas into pixels as part of your remit, not something separate from you. ## Our cultural standards We aim to make this your life's work. This should be the most challenging, most rewarding role of your life. Accordingly, these are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members: 1. `Belief in the mission`: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2030 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission. 2. `Unwavering integrity`: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we can't look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity. 3. `Only the paranoid survive`: Bad sh\*t is coming. By joining us, you're choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much we've already done, however far we've already come, it's still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. 4. `If we're average we fail`: We are only interested in "insanely great", a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence. 5. `Commitment to candor`: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldn't say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations. 6. `A maniacal sense of urgency`: We execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible. Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday. We all work very hard and in such a competitive world there really is no other way to win. 7. `Enduring frugality`: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury. A culture of cheapness keeps us young. We spend our cash wisely & carefully, in a way that would make our grandmas proud. 8. `Bulldozing barriers`: The world is malleable and we shape it. We truly believe this and act accordingly. We are relentlessly resourceful and are at the mercy of no-one but ourselves. You'll be shocked how capable you are and how much you can achieve. 9. `Keep your head down`: We're boring people doing exciting work. We don't chase short-term status. We ignore short-term dopamine hits and focus on what matters. Outsiders will underestimate us and we revel in that. 10. `The power of focus`: We live in a world of power laws and we cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything. Know your One Thing, and nail it. _"You just build a f\_\*ing amazing experience. Make each step amazing. Make every decision in the long term interest of the customer. Give the customer massively more value than you take." ## Compensation & Benefits You get paid above market salary and you get early stage equity, so you get really rich if we nail this. - _Compensation_: $150k-$300k/yr (including equity) ### Benefits The stuff below is cool as well. - _Healthcare_: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate). - _Remote_: our team is fully distributed across the world and functions fully remotely. - _Personal development_: budget for books, courses, coaching. - _Personal wellness_: budget for gym, health apps. - _GLP-1s_: free membership with a clinic offering GLP-1s. - _Health coaching_: free biweekly health coaching so you stay healthy. - _Work coaching_: free biweekly work coaching so you stay sharp + calm. - _Equipment_: Macbook & work-from-home equipment provided as needed. - **What are we missing?** We're still early so you get to shape our culture. ## How to apply 1.
