We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.
You’ve built remarkable things. Led AI teams in San Francisco, scaled fintechs in New York, designed next-gen platforms in Boston. But what if the next big thing isn’t there - it’s here? At Wealthsimple, we’re on a mission to help millions of people achieve financial freedom through simple, powerful, and accessible tools. We're building one of the most ambitious and meaningful tech companies in Canada, and we’re looking for world-class Canadian talent to come home and help us build what’s next.
Canada has urgent problems to solve, and real momentum. The work is complex, the scale is real and the impact will be felt by millions of people everyday - your family members, friends, and even your kindergarten teacher. Canada is at a turning point. We’re seeing real momentum in our tech ecosystem, and we need experienced leaders who know how to build at scale. It’s more than just a job. It’s about joining a mission: building products that empower millions of people and creating pathways to financial freedom.

1. Submit your resume and a few quick answers. This helps us connect you with the right people.
2. We’ll review and reach out. Not with a bot, but a real human from Wealthsimple.
3. We’ll set up a casual chat if there is a role that fits. Think of it as a human conversation, not a formal interview.
4. If there’s a fit, we’ll introduce you to a senior leader from our team.
5. Once everything aligns, congratulations. You’re coming home to build.

That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.

AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
