Position Summary:
This job is responsible for executing substantive money laundering, economic sanctions and fraud compliance and operational risk practices. Key responsibilities include working directly or through compliance officers for the Front Line Units (FLUs) and Control Functions (CFs) to complete compliance, policy, operational/fraud risk management requirements.
The Global Financial Crimes Surveillance Control Tower Manager drives end-to-end governance, coordination, and oversight of targeted financial crimes surveillance analyses to ensure risks are identified, communicated, and remediated in a timely and consistent manner.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include managing the surveillance review pipeline, establishing prioritization and quality standards, monitoring risks and deliverables, coordinating stakeholder reporting and escalation, and driving issue remediation. Job expectations include exercising significant independent judgment, providing credible challenge, ensuring transparency across the analysis lifecycle, and enabling the ongoing development and refinement of surveillance typologies and capabilities.
