Growth Marketing Manager

**About Hyperbound** Sales runs on conversations. At Hyperbound, we’re building the AI Agent that turns those conversations into action, helping sales teams sharpen their skills, make better decisions, and move deals forward. Hyperbound is the Revenue Activation Platform: an agentic OS for sales that connects what happens to what should happen next.\ \ We came out of YC S23 and went viral with Voice Agents that reps could call to put their skills to the test. Today, we’re building AI that understands sales conversations, coaches in real time, reasons across deals, and takes action to move them forward. We are trusted by companies like LinkedIn, Amazon, Intel, Notion, and Vanta. We raised a $15M Series A in October 2025, grew ARR 5× over the past year, and are growing nearly 20% month over month. **The team you'll build with** We’re assembling a team of builders and operators who do their best work together. You’ll work alongside people who’ve built companies, scaled teams, and joined Hyperbound after experiencing the product as customers. We value curiosity, strong opinions, and a shared commitment to solving customer problems. We pair ownership with close collaboration. You’ll have room to shape your approach, with the expectation that you share your reasoning, discuss tradeoffs, and align with teammates before moving forward. We want people who bring recommendations, invite feedback, and understand how their decisions affect the broader team. We have each other’s backs. We share context, give direct feedback, and work through disagreements openly. When something goes wrong, we take responsibility, solve it together, and use what we learn to improve. We move quickly through clear priorities and coordinated action. We take ambitious swings, stay close to customers, and change direction when the evidence calls for it. **About the role** You’ll turn Hyperbound’s marketing priorities into campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified demand, and grow pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines paid advertising expertise with sound judgment, brings clear recommendations, and works closely with the team to turn plans into measurable results. **What we need from you** * **Growth experience:** You bring 4+ years of marketing experience at a Series A–C startup, including hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation and paid advertising experience. * **Paid advertising expertise:** You have directly managed Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, owning campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization against CAC, ROAS, and qualified pipeline. * **Content and conversion:** You partner with Product Marketing on SEO/AEO and website optimization strategies, create and update ads, articles, landing pages, and customer stories, and build campaigns around agreed messaging and audience priorities. * **Campaign collaboration:** You work with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to turn business priorities into targeted campaigns, with clear plans for promotion, lead capture, and follow-up. * **Measurement and execution:** You use CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline contribution to improve performance, explain your recommendations, and align with teammates before launching or making material changes. **Highly preferred** * **B2B SaaS experience:** We strongly prefer someone who has built and optimized growth campaigns in a B2B SaaS company, with experience navigating complex buying journeys, multiple stakeholders, and longer sales cycles. * **Integrated campaigns:** Experience connecting paid advertising, content, field activations, and executive programs to qualified pipeline, with close collaboration across Product Marketing and Sales. **What your regular Thursday looks like:** * Dig into Google and LinkedIn performance, trace a drop in demo conversions, and check lead quality and pipeline impact. Bring a recommendation on budget or targeting changes, align with the team, and put the next creative test live. * Work through an upcoming campaign with Marketing leadership, aligning on the audience, offer, messaging, channel mix, and launch timing. Build the ads, emails, and landing page, keeping the team informed as the campaign takes shape. * Prepare promotion and lead capture for a field activation or executive program. Coordinate target accounts and meeting goals with Sales and Field Marketing, test the registration and booking flows, and have follow-up ready before launch. * Review search and website performance with Product Marketing, refresh content for SEO/AEO, and check forms, tracking, and conversion paths. Close the loop with Sales on recent leads, share what’s driving pipeline, and recommend what to improve next. **What this role is not** * A remote role. You’ll work from our San Francisco office five days a week. * A strategy-only position. You’ll build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns yourself and execute the work in house. * A role measured only by lead volume. You’ll stay close to lead quality, Sales follow-up, and pipeline contribution across paid advertising, content, field activations, and executive programs. **Interview Plan** * Intro call with James, Founding Recruiter (30 minutes) * Conversation with Garrett Moedl (Head of Product Marketing) * Take-home exercise (1–2 hours) * Take-home exercise review with the GTM team (45 minutes) * Final onsite with founders and leadership team (60 minutes) We move fast, from first conversation to decision in 1–2 weeks. **Compensation and Benefits** * $150K-$175K base salary + equity package * Medical, dental, and vision * Commuter benefits * Lunch and dinner in the office * 401k and HSA options **Equal Opportunity** Hyperbound is an equal opportunity employer.
