About the job
Company Overview
Our client is an early-stage, fast-growing beauty brand redefining the nail care category with high-performance skincare for nails. Founded by seasoned beauty and consumer leaders, including the former CEO of a global beauty brand and the founder of a category-defining DTC consumer brand, the company sells across its own DTC e-commerce channel, national retail partners in the US, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Its products are designed as daily self-care rituals with a natural replenishment cycle, and the company is now building a top-tier, in-house growth engine to scale across every channel.
About the Role
Maybe you've been the person behind a consumer brand's growth curve and want a seat closer to the decisions. Or maybe you've been leading growth inside a single channel and want to own the whole picture: DTC, retail, and marketplaces together. In this role you won't be one voice among many in a large marketing org. You'll own the growth number, decide where the next marketing dollar goes, and lead a team of specialists to get there.
What You Will Do
This is a hands-on leadership role for an analytical, commercially minded operator who is as comfortable building a growth model in a spreadsheet as working inside an ad account. Every channel behaves differently. The expectation stays the same: grow revenue efficiently and prove it with data.
You will own customer acquisition, retention, LTV, and blended marketing efficiency (MER/CAC) across DTC, retail, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. You will build full-funnel growth roadmaps and allocate monthly and quarterly budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, and retail media networks. To accelerate in-store sell-through, you will use geo-targeted campaigns, local promotions, and retail media activations, and you will use store velocity data to build the business case for new doors. You will lead and coordinate four specialized functions: Performance Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, Graphic Design, and Community Management. You will turn complex attribution data into clear insights and lead weekly executive performance meetings covering pacing, MER, CAC, repeat purchase rates, and door performance. You will also use AI and automation tools to speed up analysis, competitive research, and testing cadence.
Why Join
You'll join a fast-growing brand at an early stage, backed by founders with deep beauty and consumer experience. You'll have real ownership: budget, strategy, and a team built around the growth function. The role is fully remote, works with a US-based team.
Who You Are

Performance Roots: Deep technical media buying roots; direct history managing substantial budgets across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Analytical Mastery: Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet modeling, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and unit economics.
Startup Agility: Autonomous, self-directed operator who establishes clear measurement frameworks without needing micromanagement.
Language & Alignment: Professional, fluent English communication skills; full availability during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Nice to Have
Experience in beauty, personal care, or CPG, especially replenishable products
Hands-on experience with retail media networks (e.g., Target Roundel, Amazon Ads)
