What Impact You’ll Make
The Gas Turbine Engineering (GTE) Design Liaison People Leader is a critical part of the organization’s Design Liaison leadership team and is responsible for both Daily management and GSC Initiatives. This responsibility includes managing operational and program budgets, demand forecasting, tracking, and reporting engineering KPI performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that achieve meaningful improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role reports to the global leader of the GTE DLE Module team and will work closely with a diverse set of functional groups both inside and outside of engineering to achieve optimum operational excellence. This is a role that provides consistent access to leaders across Engineering and Global Supply Chain.
Job Description
What you’ll do
• Drive consistent global standard work process rigor, and best practice sharing across the engineering and supply chain teams to operate as ONE engineering team
• Address pain points for executing by facilitating cross functional discussions and clearing roadblocks in conjunction with DLE Leadership team
What You’ll bring
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the engineering function
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exhibits outstanding cross-functional working relationships

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $131,700.00 and $219,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
