As a Guidewire CC Configuration Developer - Sr.Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Guidewire applications to meet client needs in the insurance sector, leveraging your technical skills to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, anticipating needs, and navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to analyze complex concepts and interpret feedback effectively. You will be expected to uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities
- Configuring Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter to meet client requirements within the insurance sector
- Developing software solutions using GuideWire Integration and PolicyCenter to enhance system functionality
- Collaborating with teams to implement software development methodologies and system development practices
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform decision-making and improve client support services
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive innovation in technology consulting projects
- Providing technical guidance and support to clients in the financial services industry
- Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine development processes and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
