About Unlimit
Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.
Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.
Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.
We are looking for a Head of Global SDR to lead and scale Unlimit’s global Sales Development function and drive the next stage of our commercial growth. This is not a traditional SDR management role focused only on outbound activity — you will play a key role in shaping our global go-to-market strategy, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable pipeline generation processes across multiple regions.
You will manage an international team of SDRs responsible for lead generation, outbound campaigns, and market expansion initiatives, working closely with sales, marketing, and senior leadership. Based in our London office, you will help build a world-class commercial engine supporting Unlimit’s global growth ambitions.

Continuously improve SDR workflows, tools, messaging, and operational processes to increase efficiency and commercial impact
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or roles within fast-paced B2B or fintech environments
Proven experience leading and scaling global SDR teams, with a strong focus on coaching, performance management, and team development
A strategic and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to build scalable outbound and pipeline generation processes

Highly organized and operationally strong, with excellent planning and prioritization skills in dynamic, fast-moving environments
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience analyzing performance metrics, forecasting, and optimizing team efficiency
Self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems proactively, and drive initiatives independently
Passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering results, and continuously improving processes and execution
Positive energy, strong team spirit, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative and engaging company culture
What We Offer
A highly international leadership role with the opportunity to shape and scale Unlimit’s global Sales Development function across multiple markets
