Business / Vertical
Within EverPro, Invoice Simple serves one-person businesses and microbusinesses across industries and countries. Its highly rated, mobile-first product helps customers create estimates, send invoices and get paid without becoming software experts. Our ambition is to become the financial operating system for one-person businesses, helping them get paid, manage their money and grow while staying radically simple.
Invoice Simple has global reach, hundreds of thousands of customers and a meaningful payments business. We are investing in customer growth, financial workflows and AI that completes useful work, not just answers questions.
Position Summary
Our customers don’t want more software. They want the admin to disappear. AI now makes that possible, and we’re looking for the product leader who will make it real.
Reporting to the General Manager of Invoice Simple, the Head of Product owns the product vision, the product organization and measurable customer and business outcomes. You’ll partner with a GM who brings deep PLG, pricing and growth expertise. Your complementary strength is building exceptional products: turning vision into intuitive, trusted experiences that ship quickly.
This is a builder’s role with a leader’s scope, not roadmap administration. We want a hands-on, AI-native builder who prototypes ideas, makes hard product choices, raises the quality bar and redesigns how a modern product team works. You’ll say “no” more often than “yes,” and deliver on your commitments.
What You’ll Own in Your First Year
Key Responsibilities
Build the next generation of Invoice Simple.
Take one of the world’s most popular invoicing apps and make it indispensable to the people who run their businesses on it. Go beyond invoices to help customers get paid faster, manage their finances and make better decisions. Turn an ambitious vision into a focused strategy, clear priorities and experiences customers love.
Make AI do the work, not just talk about it.
Lead intelligent experiences that understand customers, anticipate their needs and complete meaningful work on their behalf, from creating invoices and following up on payments to organizing expenses and spotting opportunities. Move quickly, experiment boldly, and set the quality, transparency and safeguards required when customers trust us with their money.
Reinvent how great products get built.
Challenge the traditional product playbook. Build smaller, faster, AI-native teams where product managers prototype, analyze, experiment and ship, not just write requirements. Lead by example, turning ideas into working experiences in days, not months. Raise the bar for product craft, decision-making and delivery speed.
Turn product excellence into measurable growth.
Partner with the General Manager and functional leaders to accelerate acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and revenue. Improve every step of the customer journey, from app-store discovery and onboarding to subscriptions, payments and long-term engagement. Build a culture where ideas are tested quickly, results are measured rigorously and investment follows impact.
Make the complex feel effortless.
Our customers are busy business owners, not software experts. As Invoice Simple expands into payments, bookkeeping and automation, your greatest challenge will be making it even simpler. Bring exceptional judgment to what we build, what we leave out and how it all fits together, with consumer-grade experiences across mobile, web, languages and markets.
Build an exceptional team that delivers.
Attract, develop and inspire outstanding product talent. Set a high bar for ownership, curiosity, customer empathy and execution. Be a true partner to Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Payments and Customer Experience. Make difficult trade-offs, remove obstacles and deliver on time.
