We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable professional to join our Global HR Operations team. In this high-volume, frontline support role, you will be key to driving employee satisfaction by managing a fast-paced ticketing queue, resolving inquiries, and executing critical HR transactions within Workday.

While the day-to-day workflow requires operational discipline, the scope of work is highly dynamic. Supporting over 20 countries across four languages, you will navigate diverse HR scenarios that demand agility and critical thinking rather than rigid script-following.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured, high-capacity environment while bringing the analytical curiosity, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment needed to resolve complex employee issues.

 What You Will Do?

• Customer service: Work within a case management system, efficiently resolving Tier-1 HR inquiries from employees, managers, and HR staff across 20+ countries.
• Problem solving: Investigate and resolve unique, non-standard HR issues that arise, applying critical thinking and sound judgment when there is no obvious answer.
• Workday administration: Execute high volumes of data entry, transactions, and audits within Workday with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Process navigation: Constantly learn and adapt to ever-changing HR processes, policies, and system updates to ensure cases are resolved correctly.
• Team contributions: You will assist in updating user guides, auditing our HR knowledge portal, reviewing corporate and local communications, and participating in Workday system testing for new releases.
• Training Support: Occasionally facilitate training on HR processes and systems.

What experience do you need?

• 1+ year of experience in HR, customer operations, or shared services. We value potential, learning agility, and key behavioral traits over extensive HR credentials.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Comfortable using multiple digital systems daily. Workday or HRIS exposure is a plus, but not required.
• Strong critical thinking skills, high adaptability to change, and a keen eye for detail.
