We combine top-tier institutional investing with proprietary technology and a highly curated network. Our investment platform spans private markets and public markets, combining institutional-grade due diligence with long-term portfolio construction. Our technology provides partners with full visibility and control over their portfolios, bringing the clarity and rigor needed for informed decision-making. This is complemented by an exclusive community of families and entrepreneurs that we bring together through curated introductions and regular gatherings - creating unique access to opportunities and insight, and enduring partnerships.

Your role

As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in finding the exceptional talent that will define Heritage's future. As we scale, every search is an opportunity to raise the bar for the entire firm.
You'll support daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to build teams capable of matching our ambition. Activities will include:

• Learn and apply the executive search methodology to conduct direct research (mapping target companies, identifying and approaching passive candidates, building structured talent maps)
• Learn to communicate with hiring managers: understanding their real needs, aligning on role requirements and establishing a clear, structured way of working together throughout each search.
• Implement talent development and performance management initiatives
• Support and execute onboarding activities that set new joiners up to contribute from day one.
• Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics
• Provide ad-hoc support for broader HR-related tasks.
