Maintain data integrity across Workday and downstream systems, contribute to the ServiceNow knowledge base, and continuously expand Workday expertise through professional development, Workday Community participation and industry best-practice sharing.
Complete other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking module configuration experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting unionized environments and complex collective agreement requirements and configurations (Counters, Wage Progression, Seniority, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills within Workday and integrated HR systems.
Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis.
Experience supporting Workday testing, releases, upgrades and change management activities.
