IN_Manager_Azure DE Lead_ Data and Analytics_Advisory_Hyderabad

• Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end cloud data pipelines and data warehouse solutions for disparate data sources. 

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and train a team of data engineers. Oversee sprint planning and technical delivery. 

• Pipeline Development: Build robust ETL/ELT processes and data transformations using cloud-native tools. 

• Optimization & Governance: Ensure data quality, optimal storage, and regulatory compliance, establishing data governance protocols. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps with business analysts and product teams.  

Essential Technical Skills 

• Core Azure Stack: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database. 

• Programming Languages: High proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark. 

• Big Data & Processing: Experience with streaming technologies (Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs) and data lake storage structures. 

• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with deploying infrastructure and pipelines using ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure DevOps.  

Typical Qualifications 

• Experience: 6–10+ years in data engineering or analytics, with demonstrated team leadership or solution architecture experience. 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. 

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred
