The IT Specialist at Tucson City Court serves as the primary point of contact for technical support, focusing on endpoint support and delivering high quality service to court staff. This role is responsible for receiving, triaging, and documenting service requests, ensuring accurate information is captured to support timely resolution. The IT Specialist works closely with the Systems Analyst and IT Supervisor to identify recurring issues, document IT processes and procedures, and provide support for Court activities. This position plays an essential role in supporting secure, reliable, and user focused technology services for the Court.
Work is performed under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor. This position does not supervise.
