Perpetual Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Integration Manager for a 12month max term contract position, to lead a specialist team and play a pivotal role in supporting newly appointed advisers as they join and embed into the business. This role is focused on creating a high-quality adviser experience through structured onboarding, operational excellence, and the delivery of efficient, effective and seamless outcomes.
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across Wealth Management, you will help design and maintain scalable processes that support business growth while ensuring advisers receive the guidance, tools and support they need to succeed from day one.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes and delivering practical, compliant solutions in a complex wealth management environment.
In this role, you will:
Lead a small team of Integration analysts supporting the efficient, effective and compliant onboarding of advisers.
Provide newly appointed advisers with direct assistance through pre-employment and commencement activities.
Ensure all pre-day-one onboarding tasks are completed to support a smooth first day at Perpetual.
Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans for each adviser.
Create, maintain and improve repeatable onboarding processes to support adviser training and business assimilation.
Curate and enhance onboarding collateral to support efficient and effective adviser onboarding.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting the onboarding experience.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across adviser and client onboarding processes.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
At least five years’ experience working for a wealth manager providing financial advice to high-net-worth clients.
Hands-on experience implementing complex client Integration activities.
Experience developing plans and project managing Integration activity.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising attention to detail, delivery quality, client expectations or compliance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework relating to financial advisers authorised to provide personal financial advice to retail clients.
Strong understanding of the Australian wealth management industry, including key players, segments, propositions, operating models and service providers.
Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Previous success in a similar Integration, onboarding, change or project-focused role.
Experience working as, or directly with, a financial adviser authorised to provide personal financial advice to retail clients.
Experience managing or overseeing third-party supplier relationships.
Emerging capability in using artificial intelligence tools to improve the timeliness and quality of work outputs.
A degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Law or a related field is essential for this role.
A qualification in change management, project management and/or financial advice would be highly regarded.
